Final Project Checklist FINAL PORTFOLIO ASSIGNMENT POINTS: 100 DUE DATE: May 16 (Wed. class) or May 18 (Fri. class) Your final portfolio will be a summary and compilation of the activities and tests you have taken throughout this semester. You will put all your documents in a 3 ring binder to submit to me. Below is a checklist with a description of each item that you will include in your binder. This assignment is worth 100 points. You must have items in the exact order as listed on the checklist below. You do not need to put page numbers—the tabs will be a way to find the documents. Supplies required to complete this Final Portfolio Assignment: 3-ring binder computer –for typing cover sheet, summaries and if desired, the front cover) Tabs—You will create tabs for each category in your portfolio. The category headings are in bold in the checklist below. Clear plastic protector sheets for the tests (Strong and Cops) I will give you these in class. Slide it under the clear plastic of the front cover of your binder. Be creative—you can use crayons, paints, take a photograph or design something on the computer. Cover Sheet—This will be the first page of your portfolio. Description Type the following on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper. Space it out so it covers the middle third of the page.
