Guidance for JRO RMG RSS SOP-07: Process for UCLH R&D issuing NHS-NHS Letter of Access The NHS-NHS Letter of Access or LoA is only for researchers who are currently employed by another NHS organisation and who require access to UCLH in order to carry out their research. Researchers requests a LoA Researchers are sent the NHSNHS Proforma to forward to their substantive HR dept to complete The substantive HR department send back the completed form to the JRO The form is checked, PI or study related supervisor at UCLH is contacted, asking to accept responsibility of the researcher when on site Once the PI or study related supervisor at UCLH agrees and NHS permission for the study is issued the LoA is issued to the researcher – unless the LoA is dependant on NHS permission Created by Alka Mistry Created on 04/01/2013 13:38:00
