Once your enrollment has been confirmed in the Summer Fashion School Academy, please
complete all the required forms and mail to the address below. (Do not email forms).

COST
$1500, all-inclusive — includes six nights in a Kent State residence hall, all meals, supplies and
materials. June 19 – 25.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If a student cancels, $50 of the registration fee is non-refundable. Due to staffing and housing
commitments, the entire $150 registration fee is non-refundable after May 31, 2016. There is a
long waiting list please advise of any changes of plans as soon as possible.
DEADLINE
All forms and final payments must be received by May 21, 2016. A link for payment will be
provided on the website.
Late applications and payments could result in the loss of a student’s spot.
