1. Summary
This report provides a statistical analysis of the Trumbull Campus enrollment for the Fall 12 Term. The Trumbull Campus experienced a 3.12% decrease in student
headcount; 3,107 students in Fall 12 compared to 3,207 students in Fall 11 for a net decrease of 100 students. Undergraduate enrollment decreased by 3.18% (-102
students) and graduate enrollment increased by 100% (2 students).
Student FTE decrease by 7.66%; the Trumbull Campus generated 134.93 less FTE compared to Fall 11. Undergraduate FTE decreased by 7.69% (-135.40 FTE) and
graduate FTE increased by 117.5% (0.47 FTE).
The undergraduate mean unit load (MUL) is 7.86 compared to 8.24 in Fall 11. Graduate MUL is 3.25 compared to last year's 3.00 and the campus MUL is 7.85 compared to
8.24 last year.
Note: During Spring and Fall terms, FTE is the students' total credit hours divided by 15; during Summer terms, FTE is the students' total credit hours divided by 30.
