1. Summary
This report provides a statistical analysis of the Salem Campus enrollment for the Spring 12 Term. The Salem Campus experienced a 2.23% decrease in student headcount;
1,972 students in Spring 12 compared to 2,017 students in Spring 11 for a net decrease of 45 students. Undergraduate enrollment decreased by 2.43% (-49 students) and
graduate enrollment increased by 400% (4 students).
Student FTE decrease by 0.57%; the Salem Campus generated 6.47 less FTE compared to Spring 11. Undergraduate FTE decreased by 0.60% (-6.87 FTE) and graduate
FTE increased by 200.0% (0.40 FTE).
The undergraduate mean unit load (MUL) is 8.67 compared to 8.51 in Spring 11. Graduate MUL is 1.80 compared to last year's 3.00 and the campus MUL is 8.65 compared
to 8.51 last year.
