1. Summary
This report provides a statistical analysis of the Ashtabula Campus enrollment for the Fall 12 Term. The Ashtabula Campus experienced a 2.40% increase in student
headcount; 2,516 students in Fall 12 compared to 2,457 students in Fall 11 for a net increase of 59 students. Undergraduate enrollment increased by 2.45% (60 students) and
graduate enrollment decreased by 16.67% (-1 students).
Student FTE decrease by 0.05%; the Ashtabula Campus generated 0.73 less FTE compared to Fall 11. Undergraduate FTE decreased by 0.09% (-1.26 FTE) and graduate
FTE increased by 60.92% (0.53 FTE).
The undergraduate mean unit load (MUL) is 8.08 compared to 8.28 in Fall 11. Graduate MUL is 4.20 compared to last year's 2.17 and the campus MUL is 8.07 compared to
8.27 last year.
Note: During Spring and Fall terms, FTE is the students' total credit hours divided by 15; during Summer terms, FTE is the students' total credit hours divided by 30.
