1. Summary
This report provides a statistical analysis of the Kent Campus enrollment for the Spring 10 Term. The Kent Campus experienced a 9.15% increase in student headcount;
24449 students in Spring 10 compared to 22400 students in Spring 09 for a net increase of 2049 students. Undergraduate enrollment increased by 10.71% (1863 students)
and graduate enrollment increased by 3.71% (186 students).
Student FTE increase by 10.33%; the Kent Campus generated 1854.07 more FTE compared to Spring 09. Undergraduate FTE increased by 10.84% (1671.73 FTE) and
graduate FTE increased by 7.22% (182.34 FTE).
The undergraduate mean unit load (MUL) is 13.32 compared to 13.30 in Spring 09. Graduate MUL is 7.82 compared to last year's 7.56 and the campus MUL is 12.15
compared to 12.02 last year.
Note: During Spring and Fall terms, FTE is the students' total credit hours divided by 15; during Summer terms, FTE is the students' total credit hours divided by 30.
