AGIN 418: Introduction to Alzheimer’s Disease and Other Related Dementias new course proposal
Comment: There are no prerequisites or restrictions on this course, and the grading scale
mirrors grading from a graduate level course even though this is an undergraduate course. In
addition, the word “Other” in the title is redundant and should potentially be removed.

IDE 509: Evidence-Based Design new course proposal
Comment: There is no faculty vote on the paperwork for this course.
IDE 601: Interior Design Research Methods credit hours and description revision
Interior Design MS program revision
Comments: It is confusing how many times IDE 602 can be taken for credit. There is a
discrepancy in the paperwork, with one section of the paperwork saying the course can be
taken 3 times for credit, and another section of the paperwork saying the course can be taken
“3 additional times.” This needs to be clarified. In addition, IDE 416G is not in the graduate
catalog but is part of this graduate program.
Motion to approve the IDE courses and program revision with above comments passed by a
vote of 6-0-0
MET Mechanical Engineering Technology BS program revision
