Standard Operating Procedure for CMBB Dishwasher
1) Choose rack(s) appropriate for the dishes to be washed
2) Rinse dirty glassware before loading into dishwasher
3) Once dishwasher is loaded, start the dishwasher by pressing the power
button. It takes a few seconds to start up but when it does it will
indicate the cycle number and ask you to press start. Typically, cycle 4
is used for glassware. It should automatically be on this cycle but if it
isn't, press the number four when prompted.
NOTE: the dishwasher should automatically dispense soap and perform an
acid rinse, so there should be no need to add soap/acid to the dishwasher.

Unload dishes and dry them as necessary. Cover openings with foil or
plastic wrap before returning them to the cabinet.
