FINAL NOTICE REGARDING INSPECTION OF ANSWER SHEETS FOR THE
PROGRAMMES : BALLB(H)/BBALLB(H), BJMC, BCA, MCA, B.Ed., LLM(W)
Final Chance is given to all students who have filled application form for inspection
and applied for obtaining certified answersheets* of their evaluated Answer Sheets as per
Regulation for Inspection of Answer Sheets & providing Certified Copies, for the End Term
Examination held in May-June 2015 in respect of BALLB(H)/BBALLB(H) and students
of BJMC, BCA, MCA, B.Ed. who could not inspect their answersheets on 17.08.2015,
18.08.2015, 25.05.2015 and 26.05.2015.
The students may come in Room No.127, Examination Division, Administrative
Block, GGSIP University, Sector – 16C, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110078, on the date and time
mentioned against their names to see/inspect their answer script as requested in their
application form. The details of students are attached herewith.
The examinee applicant shall be required to present himself/herself for
inspection of the answer scripts as per the notified schedule of inspection. If an
examinee applicant fails to present himself/herself for inspection of the requested answer
sheets as per the schedule for inspection, it shall be construed that he/she has abandoned
his/her right for inspection.
Further, if the name of any student not included in the attached list, he/she may
contact the office of the undersigned alongwith the proof of submission of application in the
University, at the earliest.
All examinee applicants are also hereby directed to bring their Identity Card issued
by the concerned School/Institute and copy of Application Form submitted for inspection /
obtaining certified copies of evaluated answer sheets.
*Note: The Students who have applied for obtaining Certified copy of Answer sheets
of their evaluated answer sheets, they may come for inspection of their
answersheet as per the schedule mentioned against their names below, and the
separate schedule for collection/handing over of Certified Copies will be
notified later on.
