Steps to Ensure your Admission History is Complete 1. After completing the admission history, Save as Draft. 2. Return to the Inpatient Whiteboard and select Refresh at the top. 3. Verify admission history is complete by hovering over the indicator. This will show all three sections and their status. In this example, Section 1 , flu screening, and section 3 are not complete. 4. Return to the Admission History and click on “Draft”, find and complete missing data. 5. Return to the Inpatient Whiteboard and repeat with “Refresh” at the top and re-check indicator. 6. If indicator is green you are done, return to draft and save as complete.
