 Elections
- Letters of Intent and 2 letters of recommendation are due to my mailbox by
March 5th
- Slate is on March 12th at 7 PM. Room is TBA. Senior delegates are required to
be there
-Elections will be held on March 19th.

- Showing different Documentaries from 11-5 in Auditorium on March 16th
- Lobby Tables are on 3/3 & 3/5 from 10AM- 12 PM. 3/9 & 3/10 from 1PM- 3PM

-Friday, March 6th at 5:30 in Room 310A
-Presidents and Senior Delegates are required to be there, however it is
encouraged that anyone interested attend.

-I’ve included a mockup of the recruitment logo in your folders. This image will
be featured on all of the recruitment. I would like some feedback. Please bring it
back to your chapters.
 Flash Mob
-As part of the new marketing strategy for recruitment we will be doing a flash
mob at fajita fest. If you have a chapter member interested in organizing the event

 Study Tip & Joke
-Stress reduction tip: Keeping a journal may be the one way to effectively
relieve stress- related symptoms due to its meditative and reflective
effects. A gratitude journal can really help us put things in perspective, so
pick a time every day to write down a few things that make you happy.

-We will be having a Dine N Donate on March 10th at Aubree’s from 410PM. All funds will go towards the cost of Greek Week and Scholarships
to leadership events such as LeaderShape and UIFI.
 International Badge Day
. – International Badge Day will be on March 2nd this year. We ask that
you were your finest badge attire and badges on our next Panhellenic
Meeting March 5th to celebrate this day together.
 Dues
-Dues have been sent out and will be due at our next Panhellenic Meeting,
March 5, 2015.
 Nominations for Greek Awards
-Nominations are now being accepted for Greek Awards. You can find the
nomination form at emich.edu and going to the Greek Life page.
Descriptions of each award are posted as well. Nominations will be taken
until March 27 at 5:00 PM

- Adding in a clause that should be in accordance to fire codes.
Section 2
-Only says there needs a guest lists but there is nothing about validating the guest
list.
Section 3
-Why would you need a state ID if you are underage? It would provide a form of
ID.
