It outlines the checks in place and the steps required to change system access for an employee. 2.0 Governing Policy Number/Document Name 4.8 EMU System Accounts Effective Date September 30, 2008 3.0 Procedure A report is run against Banner weekly to report on appropriate job change reason codes. This report is emailed automatically to the Banner Functional Security Team. The Functional Security Team Representatives review this report for access in their area of Banner that should be terminated or added.
