Founded Global Capital Markets Access (GCMA) LLC, an independent research and consulting firm
based in Hanover, New Hampshire (2000-2004). GCMA provided technical and advisory services in
global capital issuance and trading, and financial reporting and analysis to clients such as
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Clifford Chance Rogers and Wells LLP, Standard & Poor’s Credit Rating
Services, and World Federation of Exchanges.
Member, Nasdaq Listing Hearings Panel (2004-2012). In Washington D.C., panel members decide
appeals made by companies facing delisting from Nasdaq.
Member, Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council (1999-2004). The council is the primary body
responsible for developing corporate governance, financial disclosure, and other listing requirements for
Nasdaq companies. The council also reviews final appeals by companies facing delisting from Nasdaq.
Consultant to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Global Capital Markets Group (London office of the U.S.
firm) (2000-2001). One-year (full-time) contract to develop a strategy for broadening the range of

Co-chair, 2016 UNT Accounting Doctoral Alumni Symposium. The symposium will bring together UNT
accounting alumni from around the world. The goal of the symposium is to build and strengthen
relationships between our former and current faculty and doctoral students.
Conceived and organized the Tuck Global Capital Markets Research Conference, held June 25-27, 1998.
The conference was the first international research conference at Tuck, with participants from North
America, Europe and East Asia.
