What is a “stakeholder”?
• Widely used definition: “a person or group
that has an investment, share or interest in
an organisation”
• Stakeholder analysis – primary and
secondary
• Primary stakeholders: “individuals or
organisations that can have a direct
influence on the activities of the University”
