Assignment, Reassignment and Transfer
Staff of the district shall be subject to assignment, reassignment, and/or transfer of
position by the superintendent. No staff member hired after September 1991 shall be
placed in any position where direct administrative or supervisory authority is exercised
by a family member. A district administrative position shall not be filled by a family
member of a central office administrator. Family member is defined as: husband, wife,
domestic partner, mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter, stepchildren,
grandchildren and grandparents.
