Here, we are highlighting a few that may be of interest to you. These five are integration of additional products developed with Concur Travel. Read on… you may just find something perfect for you. Concur Travel Features E-Receipts We all know what it’s like to track paper receipts and we’ve all wasted time looking for receipts packed into our briefcase or purse. Surely there has to be a better way. Enter… the e-receipt, an IRS accepted, electronic version of your receipt – delivered straight from the supplier – that uploads seamlessly into Concur Travel where you have access at any time. When you book your business travel with one of Concur’s e-receipt partners, by the time the hotel desk clerk says, “Have a safe trip,” your receipt has already gone on an ejourney straight into Concur Travel. With tens of thousands participating vendors and adding more all the time, keeping track of receipts will be as simple as a click of the mouse. To sign up, go to the Profile Tab and click on E-Receipt Activation. You will then be able to see all E-Receipt enabled providers labeled with an icon. Page 1 Concur Travel Features Once activated, e-receipts will populate with your trip in Concur Travel. Next time you are looking for a receipt, see how easy E-Receipts can be. Page 2 Concur Travel Features Park ‘N Fly The Park 'N Fly Network offers premium airport parking from the leading offairport parking providers in each market. Frequent shuttles pick you up and drop you off at your vehicle. Luggage assistance, 24-hour security and well-lit lots are standard. Other amenities, such as free newspapers, car wash and bottled water are also available depending on the location. You will be prompted with the option to reserve parking when flying from any airport supported by the Park 'N Fly Network when you book your air reservation through Concur Travel. Reservation times are automatically included in the search, even taking check-in requirements for international travel into account. Once a reservation is complete, you will be presented with an itinerary complete with parking instructions and directional maps to the facility where the reservation has been made. Page 3 Concur Travel Features The Concur Travel itinerary will include the voucher with a confirmation number that you will need to print before arriving at the airport and also present it when exiting the Park ‘N Fly facility. You will also receive a confirmation voucher e-mail from the Park ‘N Fly network. Travelers may cancel parking reservations at any time prior to travel without incurring a cancellation fee. Park ‘N Fly F.A.Q. Where is Park ‘N Fly available in the U.S.? Visit http://www.pnfnetwork.com/locations/ for full list of Park’N Fly locations. What if there is a “Parking Full” sign when I arrive at the facility? If the parking facility has a “Parking Full” sign when you arrive, just show your Concur Travel itinerary or confirmation email to the attendant. Your parking reservation is guaranteed. Page 4 Concur Travel Features What will I need to leave the facility? When exiting the parking facility you will be required to show either the Concur Travel itinerary payment voucher or the Park 'N Fly Network confirmation email to the cashier as proof of payment. How do I change a parking reservation? You may change parking reservations from within Concur Travel by selecting the Trip under the “Upcoming Trips” tab on the Travel Center home page. Click on the “Change Trip” link and the parking segment will be cancelled. Click on “Add Parking” link for new parking reservation and follow the prompts to return to the Travel Center home page. How do I cancel a parking reservation? Travelers may also cancel parking reservations from within Concur Travel. Select the Trip under the “Upcoming Trips” tab on the Travel Center home page. Click on the Change Trip link and then the “Cancel this parking space” link. Can I book Park ‘N Fly on a one-way segment? No, Park ‘N Fly is not available on a one-way itinerary. What if I need help canceling a reservation made in Concur Travel? To cancel by phone - Customer Service # 877-676-6390 - Make certain you advise the agent you are canceling a Concur Travel reservation.* Is there a cancellation fee? There is no cancellation fee when a reservation is booked through Concur Travel. Reservations may be cancelled at any time prior to travel. Can corporate ghost cards be used for Park ‘N Fly bookings? No, you must have an individual credit card to use Park ‘N Fly. What if I return early or late from my trip? There is no credit issued for a stay less than what is reserved. If your stay is extended, you will be charged the posted parking rate for the additional time upon your exit. Page 5 Concur Travel Features Taxi Magic Taxi Magic gives you the convenience of managing your ground transportation needs anytime and anywhere. You can use Taxi Magic to book rides in any location, view your list of upcoming rides, and pay for your rides...right on your mobile device and within Concur Travel. The Taxi Magic taxi search appears in the Travel Center home page in the “Taxi" tab. Choose the type of vehicle, pick up date, and the pick-up and drop-off locations; click Search to view taxi‘s and rates: Finish the booking by adding a form of payment and clicking Book Taxi. You will be taken back to the Travel Center once this has been completed. What are the ground transportation options available through Taxi Magic? Taxi Magic is designed to display a matrix of Taxis, and Shuttles. Taxis and shuttles are offered as standard inventory and operate at local metered rates. (In New York City, black cars operate as ‘taxi replacements’ because yellow taxis are prohibited from accepting reservations). Page 6 Concur Travel Features What are the current cities Taxi Magic services with taxis? This information is changing rapidly and can be found at, www.Taxi Magic.com. Are there cancellation fees for Taxi Magic? There are no cancellation fees for Taxi Magic taxi bookings. No fees at all are charged if the ride is canceled within cancellation policy of the provider—for taxis this is before dispatch, usually15-20 minutes before the ride. How do airport pickups work? You can book an airport pickup like any other ride. At most airports, reserved cars meet passengers at a designated area. You can access information about the pickup area and instructions by clicking on "Ride Details" in the mobile application or online. You may need to inform the service provider that you are ready to be picked up, by clicking on "Call Provider". What do I do if I can't find my car? Use the "Call Provider" feature to contact the transportation provider directly. Within the mobile application, select your reservation and "Call Provider" from the application menu to reach your provider's reservation and dispatch personnel. By reaching the provider directly, you will be able to get the most real-time and accurate information about the location of your vehicle. Additionally, your mobile phone will be sent a text message reminder about your trip, including the service provider's direct number. If your provider says the car has come and gone, you can re-book directly with them, or book an ASAP trip on your mobile device. What if I don’t have a smart phone? You can use any phone to call Taxi Magic that will take them through prompts for payment through Taxi Magic. The number is 1-877-417-4337 (1-877-4-1-RIDER). What card is used for payment? You will be prompted to choose credit card during the booking process- this is the card that will be charged. Can you include tips in the charge? Yes- you can amend the amount at the time of payment. Page 7 Concur Travel Features Mobile Technology The world is at your fingertips, literally, with the Concur Travel mobile app. To use, simply go to your profile and click on the Mobile Registration. Next, create a mobile PIN and select the device you want to activate. Once you have downloaded the Concur app, locate the Concur icon on your application menu. Start the application and log in with your mobile PIN. The Concur home screen appears. The Concur home screen provides your main menu and lists your current trips and more. Page 8 Concur Travel Features Click on the Trips icon to view any trip. You can then drill down into any particular segment of that trip. In addition to viewing itineraries, you can choose any of the icons to book additional travel. With just a few clicks, you can have new reservations made. Features are frequently added to the Concur Travel mobile application. We know just how important it is, so please check in often. Page 9 Concur Travel Features TripIt and TripIt Pro TripIt is a free solution that helps travelers organize all aspects of their travel – from air, car, and hotel they book with Concur to dining reservations, activities, and more booked elsewhere – and turn it into a single master itinerary, making travel much easier. TripIt Pro (available for purchase through TripIt) does all that plus automatically monitors travel itineraries, providing mobile alerts, alternate flight options, airfare monitoring and notification, frequent traveler point tracking, and automated trip sharing. If you do not have a TripIt account, the user clicks Sign-up. You will be sent a confirmation email with a link to validate the connection. During this setup process, you will have the option to make all Concur trips public (default) or private in TripIt. Private trips are not shared with any connections, groups, or integrated applications that you have established in TripIt. Page 10 Concur Travel Features Additionally, at the end of the booking process, you will have the option to sign in or sign up for TripIt. Once you have set up TripIt, you will be able to click the View in TripIt link on the purchase confirmation pages in Concur Travel and in the Travel itineraries. Clicking the View in TripIt links will direct you to the TripIt website. Page 11
