Dear Resident:
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services and
Mulkey Engineers & Consultants have begun the design
phase for the Water Oak Storm Drainage Improvement
Project.
Mulkey will begin working on the preliminary design
improvements which require additional survey and
geotechnical investigations to support the design efforts.
Once the preliminary design is complete, it will be
shared with residents at a public meeting.
The Project Team may need to enter your property to
collect additional survey data on the existing storm
drainage system. While State law authorizes this access
to private property, no buildings or
structures will be entered or disturbed.
