Dear Resident or Property Owner/Manager,
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services continues
to obtain the necessary easements for the NorthPark
Pond Restoration Project. WK Dickson, consulting
engineer, is preparing the construction drawings as
part of the design phase.
Personnel from Project Team may be working in the
area collecting information necessary to complete
the design. The design phase typically lasts 12 to 24
months.
