Lincoln Heights storm drainage improvement project YOUR STORM WATER FEES AT WORK Dear Resident, October 2012 Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services is finalizing the survey work for the Lincoln Heights Storm Drainage Improvement Project, after which the existing drainage conditions will be evaluated. When that analysis is complete, a public meeting will be scheduled to present the findings and solicit input from residents and property owners. A notification with time and location will be mailed to you two weeks in advance of the meeting. The project area boundaries are Interstate 85 to the north, Interstate 77 to the east, La Salle Street to the south, and Beatties Ford Road to the west.
