Lincoln Heights storm drainage improvement project YOUR STORM WATER FEES AT WORK Dear Resident, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services continues to analyze the existing conditions of the storm drainage system within the Lincoln Heights Storm Drainage Improvement Project. This analysis will determine areas of storm water issues and/or concerns. A public meeting will be scheduled to present the storm drainage analysis results and solicit input from project area residents. Meeting details will be mailed to you two weeks prior to the meeting. The goals of this project are to improve the storm drainage infrastructure and to reduce flooding of streets and structures in your neighborhood. The project area boundaries are Interstate 85 to the north, Interstate 77 to the east, Lasalle Street to the south, and Beatties Ford Road to the west.
