Bio for Rosalyn Allison-Jacobs Rosalyn Allison-Jacobs Rosalyn Allison-Jacobs is a freelance consultant in organizational development. Over the course of her 20 years of management and organizational consulting, Rosalyn has provided operational, organizational development, and governance support to organizations in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Most recently, she served as Director of Strategic Initiatives for MeckEd (Mecklenburg Citizens for Public Education). Prior to that, she was Interim Executive Director for Executive Service Corps, a nonprofit consultancy specializing in optimizing the leadership, governance and service delivery of nonprofit organizations. In her role as implementation coordinator for outcome measurement with United Way of Central Carolinas, Inc., she was responsible for curriculum design, training and group facilitation with organizations that instituted systems for demonstrating program effectiveness. She holds a masters degree in Medical Care Organization from the University of Michigan. She has completed the Certificate Programs in Organizational Development and Organizational Training at UNC Charlotte, and is currently a student in the Masters in Organizational Development program in the McColl School of Business, Queens University of Charlotte. She is an active volunteer with several nonprofit organizations in the community.
