YOUR STORM WATER FEES AT WORK
Dear Resident:
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services and
engineering consultant, STV/Ralph Whitehead Associates,
are progressing with the planning phase of the Cedars East
Storm Drainage Improvement Project. The project area
includes the Arcadian Village Apartments (formerly Idlewild
Apartments) at Idlewild Drive and Cedars East Court, from
just east of Independence Boulevard to the culvert under
Amity Place.
We are studying the potential for related project
improvements. As a result, a more detailed survey is being
made on the downstream system.
authorizes this access to private property, no buildings or
structures will be entered or disturbed. The survey work is
scheduled to begin mid-July. All field staff is able to provide
you with appropriate identification.
