The goal is to reduce flooding of streets and structures by improving the storm drainage infrastructure within the project area. During the planning phase of the project, the consultant investigates reported concerns and analyzes the storm drainage system within the project area to determine where storm water issues exist. Several improvement alternatives are then developed and evaluated for each issue.
