Staff presents these summarized reports to the Building Development Commission on a quarterly basis. Attached is a copy of the most recent Code Compliance Report Data Summary for the period April 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012. This report highlights the most frequent code defects sighted in each of the trades. Detailed contractor code defect data has been electronically available on the Department’s web site for over a decade (July 1, 2001).
