Refinements to the Draft plan are based on the questions and discussions from prior meetings.
1. Do the refinements proposed for the area plan capture the design characteristics of the
Activity Center we want to establish?
2. Does the type and form of retail/office/commercial that is now being proposed
achieve what we want for the Activity Center?
3. Are the locations and design features now being proposed for multi-family more
appropriate?
4. Does the type and function of open space now being proposed better reflect what is
needed in the Activity Center?
