Proceedings of 6th International Business and Social Sciences Research Conference 3 – 4 January, 2013, Dubai, UAE, ISBN: 978-1-922069-18-4 Examining effective factors on managers' system acceptation in the operating and staff areas of Great Tehran Electrical Distribution Company Amir Navidi SUMMARY The subject of this research is “Examining effective factors on managers 'system acceptation in the operating and staff areas of Great Tehran Electrical Distribution Company” In this study initially determining and identifying the concept of stages of creating or expanding managers' system acceptation, a procedure of how to create this kind of thinking in relation to managers can be designed. Therefore after system thinking and system acceptation descriptions, barriers and its effective factors will be analyzed and classified which eventually include: 1) Constraints put by himself and personal beliefs 2) a process perspective 3) lots of energy that prevent human from the power of observing relations instead of substances. 4) The nature of the behavioural reaction in undeveloped humans 5) Drowning in the details of the process 6) knowing others as competitor 7) the denial of their deficiencies The data collection methods include random stratified sampling and questionnaires. Data from a sample of 91 managers of Great Tehran Electrical Distribution Company in staff and operating areas was collected by questionnaires to test the major and minor research hypotheses. According to the confirmed hypothesis in the sample, recommendations are prepared and finally presented.
