• Disclosure and IPR undertaking/licensing declarations with regard to
Patent Families,
• Scrutiny of Competition/antitrust law issues in standardization process ,
• Irrevocability of IPR undertaking/licensing declarations,
• Continuity of IPR undertaking/licensing declaration when Ownership of a
Patent that is subject to such undertaking/licensing is transferred,
• Revision of IPR Licensing Declaration forms,
• Improvements to the ETSI IPR Database.
