In order to bridge the gap and respond scholars’ calls, the present study draw on career plateauing and institutional/occupational intention perspective, and discuss institutional/occupational intention as a moderator between the perception of reaching a career plateau and job involvement in the Taiwanese career officers. Valuable implications on practice and theory will be provided by the findings.
