The study used the conceptual framework adopted form theory of planned behavioral model to analyses the Entrepreneurship indentation using as a dependent variable between attitude and subject norm and perceived behavioral among the student. This study was conducted on both local and private higher education Malaysian institution. The data was collected through the questionnaires from private and public education institution Malaysia. The empirical analysis involved using the structural equation modelling (SEM) and regression using SPSS 19.0 statistical software package. The results of the study confirmed that attitude and perceived behavioral control have positive significant effects on Entrepreneurship Intention in Malaysian. On the other hand, subjective norm was not significant in Entrepreneurship intention.
