Guideline for Standard Management of the Community
Enterprise Which Have Relation with the
Accomplishment of the Agricultural Cooperative in
Maha Sarakham Province

This research have the main objective to study the guideline of standard
management in the community enterprise which have the relationship with
the accomplishment. The sample group were the member of the
agricultural cooperative in Maha Sarakham province total 400 person. Tool
used a questionnaire with 0.98 reliability index. The statistics used were
percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson co-efficient. The
research result were as follows:
The member of the agricultural cooperative have the opinion regarding the
standard management of the community enterprise as the overall at very
high level ( X = 3.87). And they have opinion about the accomplishment as
the overall at very high level ( X =3.91). Which the management according
to the standard of the community enterprise (X) with the accomplishment
(Y), the relationship were high level ( xy = 0.820). In summary, the

guideline for the management follows by important: 1) The agricultural
cooperative have to be firmly intend to make self develop in order to be
able to standing by their own feet sustainability; 2) They have the standard
recording system which can be report the profit income and the loss
according ; 3) They must establish rule and regulations in writing
documents records clearly; 4)They have the data-base system for the
customers ; and 5)They have the system for keep recording the detail of
buying / and supplying the material in very good quality.
