López Salazar This project analyzes the role of the entrepreneur, in three major aspects: the psychological traits, the socio-cultural factors and the skills as a manager, in order to define the profile of an entrepreneurial model. It aims at finding out whether labour companies also implies a high level of training of its workers that enables them to be efficient entrepreneurs, managers, or both. For the study of the enterprising profile of the worker-members who have promoted the constitution of a labour company and who are in charge of it, a multiple case study has been carried out in Extremadura (Spain).
