Francisco M. Generelo Miranda and Pedro E. López Salazar
This project analyzes the role of the entrepreneur, in three major aspects:
the psychological traits, the socio-cultural factors and the skills as a
manager, in order to define the profile of an entrepreneurial model.
It aims at finding out whether labour companies also implies a high level of
training of its workers that enables them to be efficient entrepreneurs,
managers, or both.
For the study of the enterprising profile of the worker-members who have
promoted the constitution of a labour company and who are in charge of it,
a multiple case study has been carried out in Extremadura (Spain).
The results show a few defining features of the enterprising profile.
