The Electronic Plan Management system (EPM)
is an online tool designed to allow architects,
engineers, and designers the ability to oversee
their projects as they go through the plan review
and permitting process. All pertinent information
related to the project is visible on the dashboard,
with real time updates. The web address is:

How to Setup Contractor Access on Your

KEY NOTES:
 In order to allow members of your design team to be
able to access online drawings that you have submitted
you must setup team members as (contractors) in the
EPM system
 When design team users are setup as contractors for a
particular account the account holder will assign a user
name and password for that contractor

On the log in page, log into your account

Account
From the home screen, select the Manage Your Account link

From the Administration page select User Management
How to Setup Contractor Access on Your
Account
From the Manage Employees/Contractors page refer to
List of Contractors section to see active contractors on your account.

If contractor is not listed then click “Add” button

 Complete all contractor company
information
 Indicate Functional Expertise of
contractor
 Create username and password for
contractor access

Click Save

From the Administration page select Assign Contractors to Projects

Select “Contractor” that you want to assign access

Choose projects that you want selected “Contractor” to have access
Click Save

 When filling out the
On Schedule
application indicate
the designated
contractors in the Key
Contacts section
 These contractors will
then have full access
to this application

 If you wish to modify or delete any
contractors from your account access
return to the Administration page and
click on User Management
 If you wish to add or delete contractor
access to specific projects then return
to the Administration page and click on
Assign Contractors to Projects
