The Electronic Plan Management system (EPM)
is an online tool designed to allow architects,
engineers and designers the ability to oversee
engineers,
their projects as they go through the plan review
and permitting process. All pertinent information
related to the project is visible on the dashboard,
with real time updates. The web address is:

Once an application
has been submitted

time for the project
and schedule a date
for the review.

as the date of the
review, the
estimated cost,
cost the
submittal date and
the cancellation
date.
When finished
viewing the
document, close the
screen using the x
at the top of the
page.

the review date,
click on
Accept/Reject
Review Date in
the tree view on
the left side of
the screen.

acceptable, click
Accept Review

This will send the
information to MCCE
so the coordinator can
schedule a new date
for review.

coordinator will reschedule the project and
the new date will appear
on the History page.
Repeat the previous steps
to Accept or Reject the

is open. This means
the plans are ready to
be submitted to
