This Addendum is hereby made a part of the contract documents and specifications of the above
referenced project. All other requirements of the original plans and specification shall remain in effect in
their respective order. Acknowledge receipt of this addendum by inserting its number and date on the
cover page of your proposal.
Bid document has been revised, per addendum # 2.

GENERAL:
1. A composite list of Bidders questions submitted through close of business 1/19/2016 follows.
The format of question and response has been retained to assist the Bidders in identifying the
responses to each of their specific issues. Changes to the contract documents noted here have
the same effect as those changes listed otherwise in this addendum.
PLEASE NOTE: ADDITIONAL ITEMS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE BID FORM. BIDDERS MUST USE THE
REVISED BID DOCUMENT DATED 1/21/2016. BID DUE DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 1/26/2016 @
10:00AM.

me know what the second digit is. Also, are you accepting alternates, or is the
bid “brand specific”?
Answer: PL # 3 is the correct item number; it’s located on page 34 of the Office
Furniture Buyer’s Guide 2015. No alternates are accepted.
