Addendum #2 Dated March 24, 2016
This Addendum is hereby made a part of the contract documents and specifications of the above
referenced project. All other requirements of the original plans and specification shall remain in effect in
their respective order. Acknowledge receipt of this addendum by inserting its number and date on the
cover page of your proposal.
The following question were received and answered.
1. In the Introduction (paragraph 3), it mentions that the Airport Layout Plan was recently
updated. May we please get a copy of it or make an appointment to view it at the airport?
Answer: The current Simplified Airport Layout Plan is available on the Airport’s website at
www.charlotteairport.com under the Business With CLT tab, Advertisements for Bids and
Proposals
2. May we please get a copy of the Airport Capacity Enhancement Plan (ACEP) and the Terminal
Capacity Enhancement Plan (TECP) or make an appointment to view them at the airport?
Answer: Current Master Plan Update documents are available on the Airport’s website at
www.charlotteairport.com under the Business With CLT tab, Advertisements for Bids and
Proposals
3. Will a subconsultant be precluded from participating on the upcoming “Main Terminal Lobby
Expansion” project if participating as a subconsultant on the awarded team for the EIS project?
Answer: No. The Main Terminal Lobby Expansion has been documented in an Environmental
Assessment, separate and apart from the EIS
