Paul Davis, Ph.D.
Clinical Interests
Paul Davis studies lipoproteins and nutrition, in particular the interaction of diet and chronic
diseases (e.g. colon cancer and atherosclerosis). His main interest is in understanding the elements
of postprandial lipemia and the factors that alter either the character or temporal sequence of the
process.
