After 1.5 year marketing cycle in continuing education, he launched as Product Manager several ranges of test equipment, including for ISDN & SS7. In position of Marketing Manager, he defined & launched in 1995 an innovative SS7 network monitoring system chosen by many wireline & wireless Service Providers worldwide for Traffic & Service management. Michel LEBER is contributor since 1997 in ITU/QSDG and since 2002 in ITU Study Group 2. He has been involved in discussions on Fraud & Security impact on Quality of Service. He was speaker in various events & has written articles in international telecom magazines. He has a worldwide international experience of over 20 years and is currently in charge of monitoring solutions for VoIP and NGN.
