Title of Presentation: End-to-End Authentication Requirements for Next Generation Networks
(NGNs)
Ray is a senior consultant at Telcordia Technologies with 10 years of experience in the area of
telecommunications network planning and design, network architectures, and signaling
requirements and protocol development. More recently his current focus is in Next Generation
Network/Voice over IP (NGN/VoIP) planning, architecture designs, security, and requirements and
standards development.
Over the past 10 years, Ray actively participated and contributed to the work in ATIS Packet
Technologies and Systems Committee of Service Committee (PTSC), as well as Study Groups 11 &
13 in the Telecommunication Standardization Sector of the International Telecommunications
Union (ITU-T).
