The NGN is all about the customer. Current Wireline, Wireless, Broadband, and Content offerings
provide overlapping and access-dependent services that leave the customer to coordinate their
digital world. The NGN puts the customer in control by centralizing user profile information and
by providing device agnostic access to applications. The NGN provides what the customer wants at
the time and place of his or her choosing
