Gibbe H. Parsons, B.A., M.D. Philosophy of Care My interests include pulmonary hypertension and severe asthma. I am currently a UC Davis Health System medical director of Managed Care and Continuing Medical Education (CME). Clinical Interests Dr. Parsons volunteers with the American Thoracic Society and California Thoracic Society. His clinical interests include chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary hypertension and asthma. His research interests and numerous publications focus on the study of asthma and bronchial blood flow. Dr. Parsons is also involved in the statewide effort to eliminate tuberculosis in California.
