1992 – 1993: Head of legal affairs of Telecommunications Division, Federal
office for communications

1993 – 1995: bicycle tour around the world

1996 – 1997: Secretary of a group of experts for an information society in
Switzerland.

Since 1997: Head of the Section Legal Affairs and Information Society,
Telecommunications Division, Federal office for communications, in charge of:

preparation of new legislation

interconnection disputes

handling of appeals against decisions of the Swiss regulatory bodies

coordination of the implementation of the federal strategy to enable the
information society in Switzerland

