Sheryl Willert, of Williams Kastner, will walk through the hiring process, necessary record keeping, evaluations, workplace
policies that need to be in place, and termination procedures.
How does one avoid legal mitigation?
Scott Weaver of Carney Badley Spellman will team up with
Elizabeth Hebener of Williams Kastner to talk about the commercial real estate eviction process and the collection options
for landlords. They will share the right and wrong way to handle tenant delinquencies and recognize solutions that are both
monetary and non-monetary.
This Seminar, moderated by Denton Phillips, will include a
brief overview of the LEED process presented by Peter Locke,
McKinstry. Jay Terry, Carney Badley Spellman will talk about
the responsibility of the property in maintaining its specific
LEED Certification. Jeff Kasowski, Director of Engineering,
Wright Runstad, Allison Delong, Property Manager, Tishman
Speyer, and Lee Burns, Director of Engineering, Bentall Kennedy will share what they learned in the LEED process. A panel
discussion will follow with opportunity for Q & A.
