on Time-scale for settlement of accounts for

following extensive discussions.
Approved a new Recommendation D.271 on
Charging and accounting principles for NGN.

Held dedicated sessions at each meeting on
developing country issues, resulting in
proposals presented to the Study Group, to
TSAG, to TSB, as appropriate.
Reached consensus on proposed Terms of
Reference for the Expert Group to Review the
International Telecommunication Regulations.
The Regional Tariff Groups each submitted
contributions to the work of the Expert Group
to Review the International
Telecommunication Regulations.
