Leadership as a Key Driver of Engagement
What makes effective leadership? There are 5 main stories leaders can
tell that will help them succeed and have a direct correlation to high
performing companies and employee engagement. The recent results
from the Towers Watson 2014 Global Workforce Study portray how
the lethal combination of management and leadership help to drive
engagement across the organization. During this session we will review how visibility of leadership and overall transparency help to impact engagement, how to articulate qualities of leadership and key
challenges to think about that will help you be a better leader and,
how you can impact other managers in your organization to do the
same.
