(PLU) 5K fundraiser on November 21, 2015. We acknowledge that funds raised at this event will

awarded in the form of $500 grants to specific science and math teachers who apply via PLU
application form.
We further understand that ____________________________is the sole beneficiary of this
fundraiser, and none of the funds will be withheld for use by PLU. Overall, a minimum of four
grants ($500 each) will be awarded, assuming enough satisfactory grant applications are received.
