Areas of Practice
Jeff Wolfstone focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial
finance, corporate law and governance, venture capital and private equity, sustainability and
nonprofit corporations. He is Co-chair of the Firm’s Corporate Finance and Securities Practice
Group and serves as a leader of the Firm’s Financial Institutions Industry Team. Jeff has been
commended for his work by Chambers USA’s Guide to America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, which
states, “Clients are universally pleased with his work, describing him as a ‘problem solver’ who is ‘very
practical, very accessible and very responsive.’” Jeff was also named Portland’s 2016 “Lawyer of the
