David Hosenpud’s litigation practice involves the defense of class action and individual discrimination suits in both federal and state courts, and he represents businesses in state and nationwide class action lawsuits alleging Title III actions under the Americans with Disabilities
Act. David has extensive trial experience with more than 85 jury and court trials, and has defended through summary judgment and verdict of numerous class action claims. Other litigation experience in the commercial context includes multi-million dollar claims involving breach of contract and fiduciary duties; letter of credit litigation relating to $1.2 billion securitization transaction, as well as claims involving tortious interference with contract and business relations, non-competition actions, and misappropriation of confidential and trade secret information. Additionally, David is an experienced project manager with a Yellow Belt certification in Legal Lean Sigma® and Project
Management. David has been described by Chambers USA’s Guide to America’s Leading Lawyers for
Business as “a litigator whose practice combines labor and employment and general litigation. Areas of expertise include the defense of discrimination claims, wrongful discharge and class actions.”
He advises on employment termination, leave disputes and whistle-blower retaliation claims.”
