Mr. AllenYang
Mr. Allen has been employed as an electronics engineer for the
United States Government for over 20 years. His years at the
Federal Communications Commission in Washington, District of
Columbia, were dedicated towards advancing US interests
internationally. He was a member of the US delegation to WRC
2007 and 2012 covering aspects of spectrum management. He is
currently a Senior Electronics Engineer in the Commission's
International Radiocommunication Branch and heads the US delegation in meetings for
ITU-R Working Party 1B.
