competition counseling. She has extensive U.S. and international experience in name development,
clearance filing, registration, maintenance and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights for Fortune
100 companies as well as startups and emerging companies. Fran possesses in-depth knowledge of
trademark-related acquisitions, divestitures, licensing, Internet domain name matters and regulatory
issues relating to healthcare and other regulated industry trademarks. World Trademark Review 1000
listed Fran as a top individual in the trademark practice, describing her as a “skilled, proactive and
